The Barossa Brewing Company is dedicated to the creation
and enjoyment of quality ales and lagers.

Our beers are brewed in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516, known as Reinheitsgebot and are free from preservatives and additives. Our ingredient list is
short and simple - We use only water, barley, malt, hops and yeast. Importantly,
we do not pasteurise or filter our beers.

Our goal is to create beers of quality, with an emphasis on appearance, aroma and taste.

The ancient six-pointed brewer’s star has become the basis of our philosophy,
signifying the essential components of brewing principles:

After due consideration, we have added two further points and created our own eight-pointed Greenock brewer’s star that we proudly display in the Brewery and faithfully follow.
